Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your new Shang Vito jewellery! However, if you’re not completely happy with it, or you simply changed your mind, we offer 7-day returns for customers in Singapore, starting from the day the shipment is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in unworn condition
  • Be returned in original packaging (box, bag and pouch included)
  • Be returned within 7 days from the delivery date
  • Meet the conditions outlined for each specific scenario below

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or broken item. We may deny a return or exchange at our sole discretion if returned products do not meet these guidelines. 

1. Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives with a defect (e.g., faulty clasp, stone issue), we will:

  • Replace or refund the item
  • Cover return shipping and shipping of replacement items

2. Breakage on Arrival

If your item is damaged during delivery, we will:

  • Replace or refund the item
  • Cover return shipping and shipping of replacement items

3. Change of Mind / Size Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind or size are accepted within 7 days
  • Return shipping are paid by the customer
  • Exchanges are limited to one per item (no repeated exchanges)
  • Earrings are strictly non-returnable for hygiene reasons

4. Breakage from Day 8 to 1 Month After Delivery

  • If your item experiences breakage during this period, we offer 30% store credit
  • This applies only to items broken due to manufacturing defects.
    Does not cover scratches, normal wear and tear, improper use, storage issues, or any modifications made after purchase

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email Us: Send an email to hello@shangvito.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Short description of the issue

2. Review
Our team will respond within 2 working days to confirm eligibility.

3. Ship the Item Back

  • Once approved, mail your item to us
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Return postage fees may apply

4. Processing Your Return

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Refunds (where applicable) are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Additional Notes

  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
  • Custom-made or resized items are not eligible for return
  • Items purchased at consignment locations follow the store’s own policy — please check directly with the store
  • Items purchased on TikTok follow TikTok’s return and refund policies. Please refer to the TikTok Shop directly for details
